Our approach and scope
Lumenshore Limited aims to make the Apexflow website usable by people with different visual, hearing, motor and cognitive needs. This statement covers the public website and support routes. The native app and independent services, such as Apple purchase pages, can behave differently.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a design and testing reference. This is not a claim of independent certification, universal assistive-technology compatibility or complete conformance across every platform. Implemented features and testing limitations are distinguished below.
Text, contrast, zoom and small screens
Light text, restrained reading backgrounds, local artwork overlays and comfortable line spacing support the dark presentation. Summaries provide orientation, not a replacement for substantive text.
Browser zoom and text-size preferences can help. Layouts adapt to small screens; wide tables remain within labelled scrolling regions instead of forcing the whole page sideways. Captions and column headings explain their structure. Ask us for another readable format if a table is difficult with your setup.
Audio and sensory comfort
Previews do not autoplay. Labelled play/pause controls and the persistent player provide playback, volume and close actions. Only one preview should play at once. Playback failures display a message rather than relying on silence to communicate an error.
Current previews are instrumental soundscapes, not spoken instructions necessary to navigate or exercise a right. Text describes their state and sound character without reproducing every musical detail. Hearing a preview is never required to read a policy, understand a purchase or contact support.
Set a comfortable volume, take breaks and stop if uncomfortable. Device and headphone settings can provide additional control. Apexflow is not an emergency alert system or a substitute for medical hearing advice.
Motion and display preferences
Artwork is static; the experience does not depend on flashing backgrounds or autoplay video. Non-essential transitions and scrolling effects respect the browser’s reduced-motion preference, enabled through your device accessibility settings.
Contrast, colour and motion settings differ by system. Decorative colour is not intended as the sole indication of a control or state. Tell us if your settings make a label, focus indicator or action unclear.
Policies, privacy choices and printing
Policy text and ordinary links remain available without JavaScript. Search, privacy controls and playback require it. Without JavaScript optional measurement stays off. Privacy controls describe the current state and make refusal as accessible as acceptance.
Use the policy print action or browser print command for a reading copy. Print styles retain substantive text and version while removing decorative art and navigation. Archived policies are explicitly historical and link to the current document. Retain purchase information separately where relevant.
Assistive technology and alternatives
Semantic headings and labelled controls are intended to work with browser accessibility features. Decorative images do not replace essential text instructions. Screen-reader and keyboard behaviour can still vary by browser and device.
If a flow is blocked, contact us by email or post for an appropriate alternative rather than repeatedly attempting it. Explain the outcome you need. Medical evidence is not necessary simply to report a barrier.
Known limitations and testing
Checks include automated accessibility rules, keyboard-oriented interactions, responsive layouts and visual review. Automation does not establish full WCAG conformance or prove every screen reader, switch device, speech-input tool or magnification combination works.
Music and rich art remain sensory experiences with limited text equivalents. Long tables can require horizontal movement within the table on narrow screens. Third-party purchase/identity pages are outside this website’s direct implementation. Native-app accessibility requires separate validation.
Reported barriers inform improvements. We do not publish an unverified audit score, certification or universal completion date. A known limitation does not remove an applicable accessibility duty.
Tell us about a barrier
Email support@lumenapexflow.com with the page, intended action and barrier. If comfortable, include browser, device, assistive technology and reproduction steps. Screenshots are optional; remove passwords, tokens and unrelated information.
Tell us the format or outcome needed, especially if a purchase, cancellation or legal deadline is affected. No account or subscription is required. We may ask focused questions and cannot promise a resolution time before understanding the issue. Statutory response duties still apply.
If the issue remains unresolved
Reply requesting review and explain what remains inaccessible. Consumer, equality, accessibility and privacy rights remain intact; you may approach a competent authority or use a legal remedy without completing our internal process first.
For a third-party barrier we can help identify the responsible service where possible, without treating a referral as discharging our own duties. Reports are handled under the Privacy Policy; unnecessary medical details should not be included.
Statement date and updates
Version 3.0 is effective 26 September 2026. We review the statement when features or known limitations change. It describes the current approach, not a guarantee that future updates need no further testing.
Previous wording remains in the policy history. Contact us if you need help identifying the version or feature relevant to your report.
