Who provides Apexflow

LumenApexflow is provided by Lumenshore Limited, company number 09607326, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at Windsor House, Troon Way Business Centre, Humberstone Lane, Leicester, England, LE4 9HA. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you cannot agree, do not use the service.

What the product does

Apexflow selects and plays reviewed, prerecorded soundscapes for state transitions such as Deep Work, Recovery, and Micro-Reset. It is not live generative audio, a streaming catalogue, therapy, medical care, a fitness coach, or a productivity scoring service.

Accounts and sign-in

Local rituals do not require an account. Optional account features use Clerk and may offer Apple, Google, or email-code sign-in. You must provide accurate account information, use only an identity you are authorised to use, and keep your chosen sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you tell us promptly that it may be compromised.

Google sign-in is used only to authenticate and identify your account. How that information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Apexflow unlawfully or to harm, harass, or deceive;
• interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code;
• access another person's account or submit content you do not have the right to submit; or
• copy, resell, redistribute, extract, or publicly perform soundscapes except as the service and applicable law permit.

Royal subscription and billing

Royal is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription. The App Store shows the binding price in your storefront currency, including any trial or introductory offer, before you confirm. USD 9.99 per month is a United States reference price only; local price and tax treatment can differ. Royal is purchased in the LumenApexflow iPhone app through Apple; this website does not offer subscription checkout or collect payment details.

• Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm purchase.
• Royal renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
• Manage or cancel in Apple's subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the paid-through date shown by Apple.
• Restore Purchases checks the active entitlement for the signed-in Apexflow and Apple accounts; restoring does not create a second charge.
• Apple controls App Store refunds. Request one through Apple's Report a Problem service or another Apple support route. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Deleting or signing out of an Apexflow account does not cancel Royal. Cancel through Apple if you do not want another renewal. If a payment, refund, grace period, transfer, or restore is still being confirmed, access can take a short time to reconcile securely.

Your content

You keep ownership of text you submit in chats and support reports. You give Lumenshore a limited permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the feature you chose. Do not submit confidential information, credentials, payment details, or content that violates another person's rights.

Soundscapes and offline use

Soundscapes and product software are owned by Lumenshore or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use Apexflow on supported devices. Audio may be delivered through authenticated, short-lived download links and cached for supported offline use. Availability can depend on network access, account state, device storage, and content review.

The Free tier includes one complete starter album for each of six states. Royal unlocks the remaining reviewed catalogue and supported offline downloads while the entitlement is active. We may replace or retire individual soundscapes for licensing, safety, quality, or technical reasons without reducing mandatory consumer rights.

Comfort and safety

Use a comfortable volume, remain aware of your surroundings, and stop playback if a soundscape feels wrong. Do not use audio where reduced attention would be unsafe. Do not rely on Apexflow for diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, athletic readiness, sleep treatment, or guaranteed focus or performance outcomes.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features to keep the service safe, reliable, and useful. We do not promise that every feature or soundscape will always be available or error-free. If a material change to these terms affects current use, we will publish the revised terms with a new effective date and provide any notice required by law.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Apexflow at any time and can use the deletion controls described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these terms.

Liability and consumer rights

Apexflow is provided for personal use and within the product boundaries described above. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumenshore is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when these terms were agreed or for business losses arising from personal use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects mandatory consumer rights.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory protections that apply where you live. The courts available under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
