01

Our approach

We aim to make Apexflow clear, comfortable and usable by as many people as possible. Accessibility is part of how we design and test, not a claim that every combination of device and assistive technology is perfect.

This statement covers the website. The iPhone app may have different accessibility capabilities depending on its version and your device.

03

Audio and sensory comfort

Website previews play only after you choose Play. You can pause, seek, adjust the volume and close the player. Only one preview plays at a time, even while you explore another page.

The current previews are instrumental without spoken information to transcribe. Each state has a text description of its sound. Keep volume comfortable; headphones are optional for website previews.

04

Motion and display preferences

The site honours your operating system’s reduced-motion preference by removing decorative transitions and smooth scrolling. It does not use flashing imagery or autoplay video.

Use your browser’s zoom, text scaling and reading tools where helpful. If a combination makes content difficult to use, please let us know.

05

Known limitations and testing

We test representative desktop and mobile layouts and use automated accessibility checks alongside manual review. Those checks do not establish full conformance or replace testing by people with disabilities.

Audio is central to the product and may not offer the same experience to every listener. Visual and written descriptions help explain the collection but are not a substitute for hearing its music. Third-party App Store and account pages are controlled by their providers.

06

Tell us about a barrier

Use in-app Support, or the postal contact below if you cannot access the app. Describe the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it.

We will investigate and work towards a practical solution. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or other sensitive health information.
