The App Store licence
Unless a different custom licence is presented in the App Store listing for your download, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iPhone app. Read that agreement for the full app-licence terms.
This page is an explanation, not a replacement for Apple’s agreement. Our Terms of Use cover the Apexflow service and subscription; mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Using your licence
Your licence permits personal use on supported devices you own or control, subject to the applicable App Store usage rules. It does not transfer ownership of the app, recordings or artwork.
Do not copy, resell, redistribute or extract protected content except where the licence or applicable law permits. Royal downloads remain available only under the relevant access conditions.
Apple and third-party services
Apple operates the App Store and payment services. Lumenshore provides Apexflow and its support. Other services linked from the app may have their own terms.
Apple’s agreement addresses the allocation of responsibility for the licensed application, including maintenance, warranties and claims. Refer to the agreement itself rather than this summary for those provisions.
Subscriptions are a separate choice
Downloading the app does not automatically create a Royal subscription. The Apple purchase sheet shows the price and renewal conditions before you confirm. Cancel through Apple’s subscription settings; deleting the app is not cancellation.
When access ends
App and content access may end if the licence is terminated under its terms. Expired subscriptions may remove access to Royal content, including eligible offline downloads. This does not remove any statutory rights or remedies.
