Your agreement with us
LumenApexflow is provided by Lumenshore Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 09607326. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you, or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. The App Store may apply additional age or account requirements.
What Apexflow provides
Apexflow is an audio app with prerecorded soundscapes for Deep Work, Gym, Micro-Reset, Positivity, Recovery and Sleep. Website previews are short excerpts; full listening features are in the app.
Audio and visual art may be produced with AI-assisted tools and reviewed by Lumen Studio. Artwork represents imaginative worlds, not actual destinations or screenshots of every app feature. The service is not live, personalised audio generation.
Accounts and responsibility
Local listening does not require an account. Optional account and subscription features may require you to sign in. Use accurate information and a sign-in identity you are authorised to use.
Keep your account and device secure and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. We do not make you responsible for activity beyond your control where applicable law prevents that.
Free access and Royal
Free access includes a starter album in each state. Royal offers the wider reviewed catalogue and eligible offline downloads while the subscription is active. The current offering is shown in the app before purchase.
Features, album availability and supported devices may evolve. We will make changes fairly, provide notice where required, and respect applicable rights concerning paid digital content.
Price, payment and renewal
Royal is a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. The US reference price is $9.99 per month; your App Store purchase sheet shows the local price, taxes where applicable, billing period and any introductory offer before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. No free trial is promised unless explicitly offered in the purchase sheet.
This website does not take payment or create a subscription. Apple’s terms apply to billing.
Cancellation, restore and refunds
Manage or cancel Royal in your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Removing the app or deleting your Apexflow account does not cancel the subscription.
Use Restore Purchases in the app when you need to restore an eligible purchase. Sign in with the appropriate app account and Apple Account. If access still looks wrong, contact Support.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple, subject to its process and your statutory rights. Mandatory cancellation, refund and digital-content rights under local law are not excluded.
Downloads and availability
Eligible offline audio is licensed for use inside Apexflow while you have the required access. It is not a purchase of the underlying recording or a right to redistribute it. Downloads may need an occasional connection to confirm access.
Availability depends on your device, storage, network, account, subscription and current catalogue. We aim for a reliable experience but cannot promise uninterrupted access.
Your licence to use the content
We grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service and content as permitted by these terms, the app licence and applicable law.
Do not resell, redistribute, extract or publicly perform the soundscapes, artwork or other protected content without permission. Restrictions do not override exceptions the law gives you.
Using Apexflow responsibly
Please use Apexflow lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
- Do not access someone else’s account, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
- Do not introduce malicious code or use the service to harm, harass or deceive.
- Only submit information and content you have the right to share. Do not submit passwords, sign-in codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
Listening safely
Keep sound at a comfortable volume and remain aware of your surroundings. Do not use immersive listening when it could make driving, equipment use or another activity unsafe. Stop or adjust if you experience discomfort.
Apexflow is not medical care, therapy, a fitness coach or a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or guarantee changes in sleep, mood, concentration or performance. Seek appropriate professional advice for health concerns.
Privacy and information you send
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used. You keep any rights in information you submit and give us only the permissions needed to operate the requested service, respond to support and comply with law.
Changes, suspension and stopping use
You can stop using Apexflow at any time. We may make proportionate changes, restrict access or suspend an account when necessary for safety, legal compliance or a material breach. Where reasonably possible, we explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it.
If we materially change or discontinue a paid service, we respect applicable notice, cancellation and refund rights. Updated terms will be published with an effective date; we provide additional notice where required.
Responsibility and your legal protections
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for business losses from personal-use services or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights in relation to digital content and services remain unaffected.
Governing law and resolving concerns
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Consumers may bring claims in courts available under applicable law.
Please contact us first if something is wrong so we have an opportunity to help. This does not limit your right to seek a legal remedy.
